Pear and Pancetta Pizza with Thyme and Balsamic Drizzle

Pear and Pancetta Pizza

Base

  • Grapeseed oil
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Grana Padana (grated)

Toppings

  • Pear (thinly sliced)
  • Pancetta (sautéed and diced)
  • Prosciutto  (torn into small pieces)
  • Thyme

Baked in the toaster oven at 350F for about 12 minutes. Drizzled cream of balsamic on top before serving.
