Artichoke Basil Pesto

Simple. Easy. Totally tasty. Every ingredient should be measured to your taste.

  • Marinated artichokes + 1/2 the marinade
  • Basil leaves
  • Toasted pine nuts
  • Garlic cloves
  • Capers (drained)
  • Grated grana padana
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Olive oil
